All Pricing is Based Off of a 100 Person Guest List and is Subject to Change

Finding and Booking Vendors

Coordinating

The Just A Little - $400

About 2-3 Hours of Set-Up or Take-Down

Wishes - $800

  • 1 Coordinator 
  • Communication via email (anytime) and scheduled phone calls. 
  • Creation of Wedding Day Timeline 
  • Coordination with all appropriate vendors
  • Venue Walk through
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Communicate with DJ or other person assigned to make announcements
  • Coordinate and run bridal party walking order/placement for ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette
  • 1.5 hour rehearsal coordination
  • 5 hours of wedding day coordination

Enchanted - $1,100

  • 1 Coordinator
  • 1 Assistant
  • Communication via email (anytime) and scheduled phone calls. 
  • Creation of Wedding Day Timeline 
  • Coordination with all appropriate vendors
  • Venue Walk through
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors

Happily Ever After - $1,600

  • 1 Coordinator

  • Set up of linens, centerpieces & place settings other decor
  • Communication via email (anytime) and scheduled phone calls
  • Creation of Wedding Day Timeline
  • Coordination with all appropriate vendors
  • Venue Walkthrough
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Communicate with DJ or other person assigned to make announcements
  • Coordinate and run bridal party walking order
  • 1.5 hour rehearsal coordination
  • 12 hours of wedding day coordination
